Secretary of State John Kerry traveled to Kiev, making his way to the shrine of the fallen near Independence Square, where demonstrations that ousted President Yanukovych began. Kerry also outlined how the U.S. would help Ukraine economically and told Russian President Vladimir Putin to back off. Margaret Brennan reports.
