A Philadelphia elementary school was evacuated, and children were taken to an area hospital for observation after one of their classmates was found playing with several open heroin packets. Police used a drug-detection dog to sweep the school, and determined there were no other narcotics in the building. KYW-TV’s Walt Hunter reports.
