DANANG, Vietnam – President Trump told the APEC summit he won’t let the United States be “taken advantage of anymore” on trade, and added, “I am always going to put America first.”
Mr. Trump was speaking shortly after arriving in this coastal city for the summit after a flight from Beijing, China as he continued his Asia tour.
