Speaker Paul Ryan, R-Wisconsin, will hold his weekly press conference with GOP leaders after holding a closed-door meeting with House Republicans. The meeting comes as House Republicans mark up their tax reform proposal and a few days after the Sutherland Springs, Texas shooting.
